Shipping policy

All shipping charges will be added to the invoice for each PO. Goods will ship within 7 to 14 days of payment. We use USP or USPS, based on cost.

AYB reserves the right to increase shipping charges if Courier’s increase. AYB will notify The Buyer in writing.

Insurance is included in all shipments. If your shipment is damaged in transit you agree to contact AYB within 5 days of delivery and we will process a replacement order. 

Risk and responsibility for the Goods shall pass to you from the point at which we or the courier first attempt delivery, whether or not you (or any nominated alternative) take delivery or not.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
